In Self-Hosted mode the full software stack runs in your IDC or VPC. Device data stays inside your domain; we have no data access. Residency is simply not an issue.

Cloud mode is best for validating vendor coverage, normalized schemas, and delivery channels. Self-Hosted mode fits data-residency, private-network, enterprise identity, compliance, and audit requirements. For procurement, the question isn't only whether a device can be connected — it's who maintains upstream API changes, where data flows, how credentials are managed, what SLA applies, and how new vendor requests are prioritized. ZenovaConnect turns those into deliverable service boundaries.

Vendor accounts, API keys, and client secrets are stored under least privilege, with encryption and rotation. In private mode, credentials can be custodied by your key service and we use them read-only.
Admin actions, configuration changes, delivery failures, and protocol state transitions are recorded as structured logs and can be exported to your SIEM or group audit platform per contract.
Standard tiers are Standard 99.5% / Pro 99.9% / Enterprise 99.99%. Enterprise contracts can be tailored to your maintenance windows, first response, and RTO / RPO requirements.
Annual maintenance covers minor and major upgrades, regression testing, protocol-library updates, and remote assistance. Rollouts support staged replacement during your defined maintenance window.
Self-Hosted keeps data fully in your domain. Other certifications (MLPS / Xinchuang / ISO / GuoMi) are on our compliance roadmap — specific progress available via sales.
