OUR VISION
PV IoT needs a middleware layer
We believe every mature industry eventually gets a standardized infrastructure layer that frees upstream innovators from re-integrating every supplier — Plaid for banking APIs, Stripe for payment rails, Twilio for telecom. Photovoltaics doesn't have one yet. Every energy SaaS company and every EPC team is repeating the same adaptation work for the same 30+ vendor APIs. It's low-value work, but it blocks all the higher-value innovation upstream of it. ZenovaConnect is that layer.
WHY WE BUILT THIS
Not designed from zero — extracted after three years of pain
While building PV software at Zenergy, we kept running into the same repeated problem: every project needed device data, and every vendor had its own accounts, API documentation, field names, units, sampling intervals, and alarm semantics.
This work isn't the customer-facing value. But if nobody handles it well, every higher-level application slows down: monitoring, dispatch, asset operations, carbon analytics, and AI reporting all depend on a stable data entry point.
In 2024 we decided to take what was already running in production on our own plants, standardize it, productize it, and give it back to the industry.
The goal is simple — turn the 30+ vendor integration effort from months into hours. You don't have to do what we already did.

Not a stealth-mode startup
ZenovaConnect comes from Zenergy (众壹新能源) — an 8-year-old PV SaaS company.
Zenergy Monitor operates a nationwide plant fleet, and ZenovaConnect has been powering its production vendor integrations for the past three years.
For enterprise IT procurement: you are not signing with a stealth-mode startup figuring it out — you are signing with a team with revenue, customers, and ongoing engineering investment, opening up the capability we have used internally for three years.
